Express Shipping Orders shipped via Express Shipping will arrive within 2 business days after processing. Processing Times All orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing before they are shipped. Processing time begins once your order has been submitted and payment has been successfully received. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Orders with missing or incorrect information may experience delays. Top Tier Raw Hair Collection is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with UPS. Claims with UPS can cover lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled orders.

International shipping is not available. We currently only ship within the U.S
